Aliia Roza, a former Russian citizen who identifies as an ex-spy, has broken her silence about her past activities. In a recent podcast titled “To Die For” by Tenderfoot TV and iHeartPodcasts, she shared her experiences of sexpionage, discussing her training, techniques, targets, and missions.
After more than twenty years of maintaining silence, Aliia Roza has finally broken her quietude. She expressed that she could no longer bear the pain and trauma, leading her to speak out. In her own words, “If it wasn’t me, then who else would raise their voice?”
During the podcast, Aliia Roza shared her story of leaving Moscow with her young son, driven by the desire to provide him with a better life
Aliia Roza considers becoming a parent as the most significant accomplishment in her life. She longed to experience parenthood, create a family, and have children. However, circumstances prevented her from doing so. Eventually, she reached a pivotal realization: she had only one life, and she no longer wanted to sacrifice her beliefs. This realization prompted her to seek ways to escape her situation.
Aliia Roza shared details about her family during the podcast. She revealed that she was born into a Kazakh-Tatar family, with her father serving as a high-ranking military officer in the Soviet Union for over 45 years. Additionally, she mentioned her participation in a special government program designed for children of high-ranking officers[3]. This unique upbringing likely influenced her path and experiences as a former spy.
Despite her desire to become a fashion designer, her father insisted that she participate in a specialized government program. There, she received training in martial arts and other physically demanding activities from a young age.
At eighteen years old, she became involved in a sex program. Selected from a group of 350 students, she participated in a top-secret initiative developed by former KGB psychologists and high-ranking officers.
”It’s not just sex – it’s very far from sex. It’s all about the art of communication. We’re taught how to dress up, how to put on makeup, how to present yourself, how to speak with your targets, and how to make your targets believe in you and trust you. … It’s about the psychology of people, of criminals, of men. … It’s about understanding the perspective of men and what exactly they want,” she explained.

”When you seduce, it’s … as simple as starting with good compliments. It’s not just, ‘I like your jacket.’ It has to be something really specific and appropriate from that moment. This will make people attracted to you. They’ll start to like you. And when you know how to lead a conversation, people will become very open to you. They will become very friendly. … You learn how to be polite, friendly, and respectful in society. And there are the sex techniques. This is hardcore. But it’s making your target become obsessed with you. That’s a completely different game,” she added.
Despite earning a meager salary of just $100 per month for working six days a week, she persisted due to her unwavering patriotism. She felt like a hero, saving lives.
“At the end of the day, when I saved someone’s life, I felt good about it. But I never asked myself how I felt being in a body that was constantly abused and raped by random men. … One former FBI agent said I was a broken toy, that I was sex trafficked myself. … But all my classmates, didn’t feel this way. We felt patriotic. We were ready to sacrifice and do anything for our government. That’s how I felt,” Roza said.
Despite her involvement, she began to feel exploited by the Russian government. Eventually, she came to the realization that she had been manipulated and brainwashed, becoming a ‘master manipulator’ herself.
”I saw all these other female agents who reached a certain age, like 56. They were so miserable, so lonely. They were not allowed to have private lives. They couldn’t have families. … I couldn’t allow that to happen to me,” she said.
Roza has refrained from visiting Russia for over ten years and adopted a new identity. She currently imparts her seduction techniques to women who seek to enhance their self-confidence, amassing a following of over a million on Instagram.
