A murder suspect allegedly killed another man at a bus stop in Las Vegas’ art district. The incident occurred after a physical altercation between the two men around 4:44 a.m. on Sunday, April 28. Later, a witness called the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police (LVMD) to report that the suspect was on top of the victim, seemingly “eating” parts of his face, according to a report by the New York Post,

Upon police arrival, they discovered 29-year-old Colin Czech kneeling beside the victim. Documents indicated that Czech had “biological matter” in his hair, mouth, and on his clothing. According to Czech, the victim had initiated the attack.
Kenneth, the victim, was transported to the hospital after sustaining a significant facial wound and losing an eye and an ear.
31-year-old Colin Czech was arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred on April 28th, near 3rd Street and East Charleston Boulevard.

”He was later pronounced dead by medical personnel,” police added.
Czech was taken into custody and subsequently charged with open murder. He asserted that he was homeless, had been awake for five consecutive days due to being “possessed,” and claimed that Kenneth had assaulted him.
Colin Czech missed the initial hearing on Monday but did attend on Wednesday for his arraignment.
Chief Deputy Public Defender David Westbrook stated during a brief court hearing on Wednesday morning that he had spoken to him and found him to be incompetent.
According to a report by News 3 Las Vegas, his case has been put on hold while he receives treatment.
