Four individuals have been apprehended and accused in relation to the vanishing of two Kansas women last month. These two mothers were last observed traveling through the Oklahoma panhandle, accompanied by the grandmother of one of the women’s children. The vehicle they were driving was later found abandoned in a rural area of Texas County, Oklahoma.
The vehicle, in which Veronica Butler (27) and Jilian Kelley (39) were last seen, was subsequently discovered in a remote area of Texas County, Oklahoma, abandoned near the highway. News reports that the remains of the two women have also been located, although their identities remain unconfirmed.
In a Facebook post, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation reported that on April 14, a joint effort involving the OSBI, the FBI, the Texas County Sheriff’s Department, and the Office of the Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner led to the discovery of two deceased individuals in rural Texas County.
The Medical Examiner’s Office will handle the process of identifying the two individuals and determining the cause and manner of their deaths. As the investigation continues, authorities are diligently working to uncover the truth surrounding this tragic incident.
Tad Bert Cullum (43), Tifany Machel Adams (54), Cole Earl Twombly (50), and Cora Twombly (44) have been apprehended and formally accused. They face two charges each of first-degree murder and kidnapping, as well as one count of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
According to the New York Post, the suspects are believed to have kidnapped and murdered Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley. These two mothers went missing on March 30 .
