An unidentified woman, clad in a black leather jacket, ripped black jeans, and black shoes, was caught on CCTV performing an extended stretching routine in a Melbourne bakery’s car park during the late hours of the night.
Her movements included a bridge pose, a variation of a side plank, and several other yoga-inspired maneuvers. Following her impromptu yoga session, she seemingly entered the premises of Phillippa’s Bakery.
“There was an almond croissant, cleaning products and bakers shoes stolen” the bakery told AFP.
The authorities have formally charged the woman with theft, burglary, and going equipped to steal. After being released on bail, she is scheduled to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on May 22.
“Seems like yoga is a must before breaking in. A few things were stolen including some croissants which were clearly too tempting for this flexible burglar,” the bakery said.
On Instagram Phillippa’s Bakery expressed their astonishment after viewing the security footage of a recent break-in at their Bakery HQ.
