Nikki Haley, who is of Indian descent and currently vying for the position of the President of the United States, recently expressed her views on the current geopolitical dynamics in an interview. She candidly stated that India, at this point in time, perceives the United States as lacking strength.
She believes that India, a significant player in global politics, currently views the United States as a weakened entity.
Haley’s comments suggest that India is cautious about aligning itself with the US under its current leadership. This caution stems from a perceived lack of trust in the ability of the Americans to lead effectively on the global stage.
Furthermore, She commended India for its strategic maneuvering in the current global scenario. She noted that India has managed to maintain a close relationship with Russia.
In a recent interview conducted by Fox Business News, Nikki Haley, shared her perspective on the current geopolitical landscape.
She believes that India, a significant player in global politics, currently views the United States as a country that has lost some of its strength and influence.
“I have dealt with India too. I have got to say, I have dealt with India too. I have talked with Modi. India wants to be a partner with us. They don’t want to be a partner with Russia,” Nikki Haley said.
In response to a question, Nikki Haley articulated, “The issue lies in the fact that India lacks confidence in our ability to emerge victorious. They are skeptical about our leadership capabilities. At present, they perceive us as lacking strength. India has always been strategic in its approach. They have maintained a smart stance, and have kept their ties strong with Russia, primarily because a significant portion of their military equipment comes from there.”
“Haley emphasized that once we begin to take charge and eliminate our vulnerabilities, refusing to ignore the realities, our allies – India, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, South Korea – all are eager to follow suit. She highlighted that Japan has even implemented a billion-dollar stimulus to reduce their dependence on China.”

Nikki Haley has indicated that China’s economic condition is deteriorating and they are gearing up for a potential conflict with the US. She noted, “Their financial situation is deteriorating. Their government has become increasingly authoritarian. They have been preparing for a confrontation with us for years, which is their misstep.”
